- Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm
- Please message us at least 20 minutes before you arrive so we can meet you and ensure a smooth check-in
- Need an early check-in? Just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to arrange it
- Have a car? Let us know ahead of time — our parking suits small vehicles only
Check-Out
- Checkout time: 10:00 AM
- Please leave the studio as you found it
- If you were given a gate remote, please return it to us before you leave

- For the privacy, safety, and security of our guests, only paid guests are allowed on the property. No visitors, drop-offs, or pick-ups inside the premises.
- Smoking is permitted outside the flat only. Non-commercial tobacco products (e.g. cannabis) are not permitted on the property.
- Guests attend this property at their own risk. The Host and its agents/employees are not liable for any theft, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, and guests waive any claims of this nature arising from the Host's negligence or otherwise.
